Your email address and the website URL you give us. The public content of that website, which the crew reads to do its work. Product-usage events inside the app (logins, pages viewed, tasks completed) so we can improve the product. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
One session cookie to keep you signed in, plus PostHog analytics cookies. No advertising trackers, no data sales, ever.
The application and database run on Railway in the United States; product analytics run in PostHog's EU region. Data moves between us and the processors above over encrypted connections, and access to production data is limited to the operator. We keep no shadow copies: deleting your account deletes the working data with it.
We keep your data while your account exists. Email help@seemysaas.com to access, correct, export or delete everything we hold about you; deletion completes within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data authority. Data controller: Chamse, Denmark (help@seemysaas.com).
Operational email (approvals waiting, task digests, billing) comes with your account and stops when you close it or turn the category off in Settings. Anything promotional is opt-in and carries a one-click unsubscribe. We never share your address with anyone for their own marketing.
